Eastside Marketplace Receipts

PARL is a member of Eastside Marketplace’s Friendship Fund. The Friendship Fund is a receipt/rebate program that allows us to collect and turn in Eastside Marketplace receipts and receive a portion back as a donation. If you shop at Eastside Marketplace, then please drop off or mail your receipts to PARL c/o Development, 34 Elbow St., Providence, RI, 02903.

There are many organizations and businesses that will give back to us if you shop online at their sites, such as:

Recycle ANY Ink and toner cartridge and PARL will receive $3 back in Staples rewards!

PAWS at Work

As an employee you can encourage your co-workers to help the animals in many ways and build team spirit! You can encourage your employer to:

  • Start a matching gift program or begin a payroll deduction program.
  • You can organize a fun activity to benefit the animals such as Dress Down Day, Bring Your Pet to Work Day or organize a team for Pet Walk

Matching gifts

If your employer has a matching gift program, your donation could double or even triple in value! By checking to see if your company matches donations to the Providence Animal Rescue League, you can increase the support to thousands of animals cared for by the League each year!

Workplace giving

If your company participates in the United Way Campaign you can designate funds to support PARL. If you work for a city, county or federal agency and participate in the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) or the State Employees Charitable Appeal (SECA), the Providence Animal Rescue League can receive your designated dollars. Check with your human resources office to find out if your agency is participating.

Leave a Legacy of Compassion

Leave a legacy of your compassion by establishing a planned gift to the Providence Animal Rescue League. You don’t need to be wealthy to make a planned gift to PARL and it is wonderful way to make a difference in the lives of the animals.
