PARL Expands Its Affordable S.N.A.P. Program to include Rabbits!
This month, we are excited to announce the expansion of our low-cost Spay/ Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP) to include rabbits. PARL believes that the health and behavioral benefits are just as important to rabbits as they are to cats and dogs. We also believe that a low-cost option is necessary in our community. Our rabbit SNAP kick-off is just one of the many things we will be doing to celebrate Adopt-A-Rabbit Month in February as well as Spay Day on February 28th.
The Spay Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP) offers our community members spay and neuter services for cats and rabbits at a reduced rate. To schedule an appointment please call us at (401) 421-1399 or email reception-r@parl.org.

Once is Enough! Spay Me Program
We all know that there are more dogs and cats out there than homes. To help battle the overpopulation problem PARL offers a free spay program. We will spay the mother of the litter for free when the kittens or puppies are surrendered to the shelter. For more information about this program call (401) 421-1399.
