Thank you for your interest in Providence Animal Rescue League's Spay/Neuter Services. Due to overwhelming demand and a shortage of spay/neuter relief veterinarians, we are unable to accept any new spay/neuter appointments at this time.

If you have already been in contact with our surgery department to schedule an appointment prior to 11/1/2023, you are on the list for an appointment this year and we will follow up with you as soon as possible and in order of availability. Thank you!

SPAY/NEUTER FEES

Dog Spay/Neuter
(Includes routine vaccines, e-collar, and pain medication)

• Under 50lbs = $360 (With proof of state or federal assistance: $165)
• Over 50lbs = $412.50 (With proof of state or federal assistance: $220)

Cat Spay/Neuter
(Includes routine vaccines, e-collar, pain medication and dose of flea/tick preventative)

• 3lbs or more = $150 (With proof of state or federal assistance: $82.50)

ADDITIONAL SERVICES/FEES

Possible extra charges may be applied for the following situations:

• Hernia repair = $75  (With proof of state or federal assistance: $55)
• Cryptorchid surgery = $75 (With proof of state or federal assistance: $50)

Other Services that you may add to your appointment at time of booking:

• FELV/FIV Combo Test = $30
• Heartworm Test = $30
• Microchip = $20
• Rabies Vaccine= $20
• Nail Trim= $20

PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our work and the increasing demand for spay/neuter services in our area, we require payment in full upon booking. A payment link will be texted or emailed to you to complete payment. Alternatively, if you opt to process your payment over the phone with a member of the PARL team, you do so authorize that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions.

If you are unable to make it to your appointment as planned, you must provide us with 48 hours advance notice to qualify for a 50% refund of payment or to reschedule for another mutually agreeable date and time. Advance notice must be in the form of phone message left at 401-421-1399 x204 or email sent to surgery@parl.org. Qualifying refunds will be processed via check, mailed to the address on file within 2 weeks of refund request date, regardless of original method of payment.
