# Spay/Neuter Fees

#### Dog Spay/Neuter - Subject to a wait list

####  PRICING (Includes routine vaccines, e-collar, and pain medication): 

- **Under 50 lbs = $450 (With proof of state or federal assistance: $250)  **
- **50 lbs-75 lbs = $475 (With proof of state or federal assistance: $275)**
- New Multi-pet Discount with proof of state or federal assistance:
  
    - Dog SN <50 lbs  $225 per pet
    - Dog SN 50-75 lbs $250 per pet

#### Cat Spay/Neuter - Subject to a wait list PRICING (Includes **FVRCP and Rabies vaccinations**, e-collar,  pain medication, and dose of flea/tick preventative): 

- **3lbs or more = $300 (With proof of state or federal assistance: $150)**
- New Multi-pet Discount with proof of state or federal assistance:
  
    - Cat SN $125 per pet

# Additional Services and Fees

#### Possible extra charges may be applied for the following situations:

- Hernia repair = $75  (With proof of state or federal assistance: $55)
- Cryptorchid surgery = $75 (With proof of state or federal assistance: $50)

#### Other Services that you may add to your appointment at time of booking:

- FELV/FIV Combo Test = $30
- Heartworm Test = $30
- Microchip = $20
- Rabies Vaccine= $20
- Nail Trim= $25

## **PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY**

Due to the nature of our work and the increasing demand for spay/neuter services in our area, **we require payment in full upon booking**. A payment link will be texted or emailed to you to complete payment. Alternatively, if you opt to process your payment over the phone with a member of the PARL team, you do so authorize that you have read and agree to the [terms and conditions.](https://checkout.shelterluv.com/terms)

If you are unable to make it to your appointment as planned, you must provide us with 48 hours advance notice to qualify for a 50% refund of payment or to reschedule for another mutually agreeable date and time. Advance notice must be in the form of phone message left at 401-421-1399 x204 or email sent to surgery@parl.org. Qualifying refunds will be processed via check, mailed to the address on file within 2 weeks of refund request date, regardless of original method of payment.
